Wild and Crazy Taco Night 

When: April 12th 5:30 - 7:30pm 

Where: 1550 Superior Ave., Costa Mesa, CA

Witness more than 25 of O.C.’s most celebrated chefs create unique and delicious tacos exclusively for this wild evening. Featured chefs include David Andrade (Pueblo), Rich Mead (Farmhouse), Andrew Gruel (SLAPFISH) and Katy Smith (Puesto), among others. All proceeds benefit the Share Our Selves’ Food Pantry, which distributes an average of 235 bags of food to low-income and homeless individuals and families each day. San Clemente Micro Brew Fest  

Where: 1245 Puerta Del Sol, San Clemente, CA

When: April 14th 1 - 5 pm, Left Coast Brewing Company 

Taste micro-brews from 16 craft breweries from all around Southern California at this annual festival, presented by Left Coast Brewing Co. Indulge in homemade food from a variety of non-profit organizations and food trucks while enjoying live music. Admission includes 12 four-ounce micro-brew tastings. 21+. Arts & Culture 

Where: 13280 Chapman Ave., Garden Grove CA  

When: 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Come see a recreation of one of mankind’s greatest artistic achievements in the Cathedral Cultural Center on the Christ Cathedral Campus. Enjoy an immersive showcase of museum quality and near-life-size reproduction of the iconic master’s frescos that adorn the Sistine Chapel in Rome. $18 GA, $12 seniors/military/college students with I.D., $9 children ages 7-18, free for ages 6 and under. Kayaking the Upper Newport Bay

Where: Newport Aquatic Center1 Whitecliffs Drive Newport Beach, CA 92660 

When: April 13th 10 am - 12pm

One of the best ways to appreciate Upper Newport Bay is to get out on the water, experience the tranquility and see pelicans, terns, and egrets flying by you. And if your eyes are quick, catch a glimpse of mullet jumping out of the water. Kayaking is not only a fun activity to get out and away on the water, but also a fun exercise as well. Gallery Hop in Laguna 

Where: Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art (LGOCA) 

When: 12 - 6 pm

Showcasing regional and international artists who work with a variety of mediums. It's not your typical white walls gallery but LGOCA will engage you in an experience you won't see anywhere else. A diverse mixture of paints, sculpture, bronze, fused glass, and metal creations.
